If you wish, you can change and/or return your order within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receipt of your order.
Online exchanges Spain:
You can make a product change for free by following these steps:
1. Send an email with your name and order reference to info@brussosa.com indicating the change of item and reason.
2. In the following days we will pick up and deliver the new item.
The change will be free as long as we have stock. If the model or color you want is not available, you will have to make a return by following the steps indicated below.
Online return Spain:
To make a return of your order follow these steps:
1. Send an email with your name and order reference to info@brussosa.com indicating the return of the item and reason.
2. Place the product(s) as you have received them, in perfect condition and with the original packaging and labelling.
3. Return the package to the following address: Vía Augusta 14-16, 08006, Barcelona (Monday to Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.) using the shipping method of your choice. The expenses derived from the return are borne by the buyer.

Bring your order in its original packaging, along with the return form that we attach to the order. The item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received it.
